Where to Find the Log#

Open the Log tab inside the Blocked in China plugin. The latest status check results are displayed by default, with the most recent runs at the top.

Each log entry shows the province tested, the IP address used, and whether your site was reachable from that location at that time.

Automatic Logging#

Both manual checks (from the Status tab) and scheduled checks (from the Schedule tab) are written to the log automatically. You don't have to enable anything — logging is on by default.

An export mechanism for log data is planned for a future release. If exporting historical data is important to your workflow, let us know via support so we can prioritize it.

Using the Log#

The log is most useful when you need to:

  • Confirm your site has been consistently reachable over the past weeks or months.
  • Track down a specific outage window from a specific Chinese province.
  • Share evidence of availability (or unavailability) with your team, host, or CDN provider.
